Jim Padilla on Mastering Sales

Jim had a great conversation with Ruby Fremon on her podcast around the topic of telling the truth. It was about not being blinded by the nonsense in the coaching industry, the nonsense that is being shared out there and overcoming the fears that are necessary in sales so that you can actually serve people. If you’ve got fear in the sales conversation it is simply because you are focused on you instead of them. There is massive power in shifting your focus around showing up powerfully for the people you serve and not accepting any nonsense or excuse from yourself and being able to stand in that same power to accept nothing but the truth from them and for them. It leads to great conversations.
